Our client is a highly diversified global investment manager with over $40 billion in AUM investing for a range of credit, real estate, private equity, and permanent capital investment strategies. The Recruiting Analyst will assist with recruiting, new hire facilitation and administration, and ad hoc projects.
Responsibilities
- Initiate new hire process and facilitate steps in the firm’s database
- Draft offer letters, process background checks, and review background check reports
- Maintain and update weekly open jobs and candidates in hiring
- Source and screen applicants to managers for review and assist with the interview process
- Coordinate and schedule interviews
- Assist in the execution of the Summer internship program
- Work on ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-3 years of related experience
- Experience with an applicant tracking system and/or Workday a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
Salary Range
$85,000-$100,000
