SUMMARY
USA for UNCHR is seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will drive our recruitment and selection strategy and ensure we attract top talent while growing and developing a pipeline of high-performing talent that meets and aligns with our evolving needs and organizational goals. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborate with hiring managers, and enhance the candidate experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to hire, ensuring an efficient and engaging experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
- Utilize Innovative Sourcing: Execute various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Conduct Interviews and Selection: Facilitate interviews and assessments, provide insightful consultation to hiring managers in alignment with organizational needs and internal standards
- Foster a Positive Candidate Experience: Maintain clear communication and provide timely feedback throughout the recruitment process to create an engaging candidate experience.
- Track and Analyze Metrics: Monitor and maintain recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Enhance Employer Branding: Promote our employer brand to increase visibility and attractiveness to prospective candidates; Maintain employer profile and careers pages on job boards and platforms such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor, responding to feedback in a solutions-oriented manner.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with HR colleagues and hiring managers to align on organizational recruitment goals and objectives; to identify skills gaps that inform training initiatives, ensuring new hires possess the necessary competencies for growth; and partnership on the design and implementation of onboarding programs that promote continuous learning and employee development from day one.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting, preferably in the nonprofit industry; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

- Proven track record of successfully managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing and interviewing
- Extensive experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS software to manage candidate data and recruitment processes.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Ability to think critically, as well as proactively and creatively to resolve challenges and improve processes.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience in employer branding to increase visibility and attractiveness to prospective candidates.
WORK LOCATION
Hybrid + New York, NY + May also involve travel to some locations within the company’s region of operations and select donor locations.
COMPENSATION
$91,178 – $109,414
