Position Overview:
Bubble Goods is looking for a highly technical, data-driven, experienced, and customer-centric product manager to join our team. As the Manager of Marketplace Product, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the overall customer experience from the moment they discover Bubble Goods to becoming loyal customers. You will collaborate with in-house and contracted engineering and marketing team members, work cross-functionally with operations and customer support teams to develop, and execute strategies that enhance customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction. To succeed in this role, you should be a highly technical and data driven product manager who is forward-thinking and passionate about customer experience.
In this role, you will be involved in many moving pieces, and work in a fast-paced, high growth environment. You should be proactive and action oriented, with a strong sense of ownership of strategic ideas.

Responsibilities:
- Be the product visionary behind the Bubble Goods marketplace by carefully crafting the customer journey and experience.
- Improve customer experience through the implementation of personalized shopping experiences as well as conducting UX/UI research and testing to refine the website’s user experience.
- Refine our brand system by iterating on messaging, positioning, and design in collaboration with our creative team, while contributing to initiatives that enhance market positioning and differentiation.
- Market Research, Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends, informing product positioning and messaging.
- Market Research and Consumer Insights: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning within the healthy food industry.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with all team members and outside contractors to develop impactful marketing materials that highlight product benefits and health attributes.
- Customer Feedback and Reviews: Monitor and analyze customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to inform product improvements and enhance the customer experience.
- Product Launches: Plan and execute successful product launches, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and effective promotion.
- Campaign Performance Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, particularly those focused on healthy food products, to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
- Promotions and Discounts: Develop and manage promotional strategies, including discounts and special offers, to drive sales and increase customer loyalty.
- SEO and SEM Strategies: Advise and collaborate with SEO specialists to optimize product listings and content for search engines, ensuring maximum visibility in organic search results.
- Reporting and Analytics: Prepare detailed reports on marketing performance, consumer behavior, and sales trends within the healthy food segment, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
You should bring:
- 5+ years of experience in a product management role
- E-commerce, marketplace, and/or CPG experience
- Experience leading merchandizing strategy, CRO, UX/UI, data analysis, and/or brand systems
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful customer acquisition strategies.
- Proven track record showing growth in AOV, LTV, and repeat purchase rate in high growth environment with product improvements.
- Strong understanding of the online grocery and/or healthy food market, including consumer behavior and industry trends.
- Experience with digital marketing strategies, including social media, SEO, and content marketing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Passionate about healthy food, promoting a healthy lifestyle, and supporting small businesses
- Experience working with a large-scale inventory (250+ SKUs), bonus points for online marketplace experience!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration, combined with strong project management abilities.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
