CHILD USA is headquartered in University City, Philadelphia. This is a full-time, hybrid position with a minimum of 1 day in the office on Thursday. CHILD USA plans to move to a new office space in 6-8 months, at which time more days in-office will be required (though still on a hybrid schedule), and additional duties maintaining a physical office space may be required.
Description:
The Administrative Assistant will primarily maintain the calendars and schedule calls, meetings, and travel for the CEO and CDO. In addition to these responsibilities, the Admin Assistant will engage in varying projects as they provide integral administrative and operational support for the organization including scheduling calls for internal and external stakeholders, monitoring and redirecting office calls and organizational emails to appropriate organization members, logging expense reports, managing mailings, filing, and briefing before meetings as needed as well as assisting with fundraising events.
A college degree and work experience are a plus.

Salary Range: $35,000-40,000
Job Type: Full-time, M-F 9am-5pm
Job Location: Hybrid in Philadelphia, PA. Must be able to meet in the office in University City on Thursdays with a plan to return to office in 6-8 months (hybrid with office days on Tue/Wed/Thurs).
