Position specific information:
At Ease Healthcare Inc. is looking for a results-oriented, Business Development manager with salesperson and negotiator skillsets.
The expectation is for you to use all of your talent and ability to maximize top-line revenue growth, client acquisition and client satisfaction in order to meet your personal and department goals. This position will be paid at 100% commission - top performers will receive the option for a salary + commission + equity vesting of stock/options in the holding company.
Responsibilities:
- Create a pipeline to expand awareness, add value to the marketplace, identify new opportunities, close them, and develop niche specific intelligence
- Contact potential prospects through cold calls and 6+ other channels in line with our strategies
- Report to department head using their reporting system to measure daily results toward personal and department goals
Requirements:
- Unshakable Integrity towards being a self-motivated, high performance entrepreneur
- Completing 100% of assignments in the time frame you have chosen
- Track record of succeeding with multiple sales prospecting techniques like cold calling, lead gen, cold/warm emailing, faxing, networking/social outreach, etc.
- Track record building high-ticket and high revenue generating pipelines and executing on them.
- World-class communication and negotiation skills
- Must be highly adaptable to a wide range of dynamic and fast-paced projects with varying goals, processes and scripts.
Soft Skills:
- Must excel at “follow-ups”, preventing opportunities from “falling through the cracks”.
- Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching team goals and key deliverables
- Attitude of a prolific Closer.
- Brings innovation to the team by personally implementing quantum improvements on a daily basis

Salary:
- Introductory probationary period of 45 days of 100% commission.
- Outcome management based salary + commission with equity vesting of stocks and options in holding company
Supplemental pay types:

Experience:
- Track Record in sales with years of experience, dozens of completed deals/sales/transaction, and 7+ figures of sales transactions under your belt is a plus
- If you have never tried sales but you are a self-motivated individual with high-self esteem - that is a plus. You will be successful.
Work Location:
Remote and Virtual, or whatever is required to complete your transaction.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
