Its recognized know-how in thermoplastic injection and bi-injection allows it to develop innovative solutions and offer the market global responses, in collaboration with international industrial partners. ARaymondlife offers its own patented RayDyLyo® pharmaceutical packaging range, developed internally by its design office. RayDyLyo is a plastic press-fit closure for injectable vials and is an alternative to the aluminum cap. Based in Grenoble (France), ARaymondlife with 90 employees.
Role and responsibilities
To put our company on an international level and to have a good knowledge of the pharmaceutical packaging market of west coast, we are hiring a Key account manager.
The main role is to promote and sell the RayDyLyo® snap-caps on the West coast area of USA and Western Canada by visiting potential customers.
Aligned to customer needs, you will promote ARLife as the solutions innovator of healthcare packaging to increase the turnover in USA.
Your hard sales skills are very important to succeed, but above all your soft skills are necessary, your ambition to go beyond yourself and participate in a collaborative team.

Reporting to the Director of ARaymondLife NA Localization and in connection with the sales director and the French team, you will take on the following tasks:
- As the Key Account Manager, responsible for Business Development for North America, generate and manage new leads for the US. Support by setting up meetings, promoting our innovative products and building relationships with new potential customers.
- Research emerging trends, direct marketing activities, and manage existing alliances.
- Collaborate relationships with the vial, stoppers, fill/finish machine, and sterilization suppliers.
- Expertise with Pharmaceutical Packaging, CDMO, Biotech
- US Trade show representative for ARLife - Attend local tradeshows. Create new business leads, evaluate trade show to ensure value-creation.
- Be the US local primary resource for all support and needs. This includes customers, suppliers, ARLife colleagues etc. Organize visits (meeting with customers, booking and logistics) when French team will support the US business.
- Understand and formalize the needs of customers (technical requirements)
- Negotiate with customers, prepare, and send quotations. Prepare and send quotations with Sales Force (and use for all leads)
- Follow up of the customer’s satisfaction.
Education and experience
- A bachelor’s degree or master’s in business/sales; MBA preferred.
- At least 5 years’ experience in business development
- At least 5 years' biology, pharmacology, or chemical environment.
- Must have pharmaceutical packaging expertise, CDMO, Stoppers/Vials, and Biotech experience.
