General Duties
Responsible for tele-prospecting to target segment/lead lists with the intent to set quality sales appointments for Camfil Branch Territory Sales Managers (TSM’s) in Branches and geographies as assigned.
Tele-Qualify lead lists are provided from various marketing programs including direct and e-mail campaigns, trade shows, website SEO, trade association meetings, Summit events, etc...
Must use Camfil CRM system and other productivity software for proper capture of all data and to continually improve efficiency and success rate with key metrics being calls per day, contact success rate, appointments set as a percentage of total attempts/dials, percent of appointments resulting in a quotation, and percentage of appointments that lead to a sale and total sale value per year.
