Oversee the company’s financial data and compliance by maintaining accurate books on accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and daily financial entries and reconciliations. Oversee Human Resources functions and reporting. Perform daily accounting tasks such as monthly financial reporting, general ledger entries, and record payments and adjustments. Strong knowledge of GAAP and working with Quickbooks online. Must be detail oriented, have strong math skills, and be extremely efficient. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Maintains records of financial transactions by establishing accounts; posting transactions and ensure legal requirements compliance. Interpret and apply accounting policies, rules, and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards. Perform all activities related to the accounts payable function including reviewing, coding, and processing payments. Perform account receivable functions including invoicing, deposits, collections, and revenue recognition. Maintain and balance the general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner. Prepare financial reports through collection, analysis, and summarization of data. Develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts, defining bookkeeping policies and procedures. Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions. Conduct reconciliation of all accounts on an as needed basis. Balance’s subsidiary accounts by reconciling entries. Maintains general ledger by transferring subsidiary account summaries. Balances general ledger by preparing a trial balance; reconciling entries. Maintains historical records by filing documents. Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends. Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying requirements; enforcing adherence to requirements; filing reports; advising management on needed actions. Responsible for all HR payroll, benefits, data and taxes for employees. Update Personal Policy Manual as required

Provides additional backup support for all other departments.
Generate production-related reports as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
Provide Human Resources operations and reporting.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Thorough knowledge and understanding of GAAP.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with Quickbooks Desktop and Quickbooks Online.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Products, mainly Excel.
High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, maintain confidentiality, and be thorough.
Ability to handle complex situations, analyze information, and report research results.
Strong data entry skills.
Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
Conduct job duties according to company policies and procedures.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal and customer service skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, and/or
5-10 years equivalent combination of relevant education and experience working in accounting
and bookkeeping.
Supervisory Responsibility - This position has supervisory responsibility over any part-time
Human Resources employee.
PPE Requirements

Salary starting at $58,240-$66,560 (depending on experience)
