Role Overview
We have an exciting new role for someone who will lead all aspects of the Magnapower USA
business in the US and Canada, helping launch Magnapower USA in North America.
This role works in partnership with our UK headquarters and our US Dealer to identify and
pursue business opportunities throughout North America, continuing the rapid growth of the Magnapower brand in this critical market.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic leader comfortable with extensive domestic and
occasional international travel. Although a home-based role, regular visits to the
MagnaPower USA facility in Zion IL are required.
Experience/Qualifications
● Ideally have at least three years of experience working in the waste, recycling, mining
or metals recycling industries with some relevant industry relationships.
● Ideally have an Engineering/Technical education and background.
● Have at least five years of business development (sales-driven) experience.
● Spanish language fluency is considered a plus.

Responsibilities
● Identify and pursue business opportunities in the North American market
● Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners
● Collaborate closely with UK-based engineering team to improve existing products
and to advise the development of new ones
● Support customer sample testing at Magnapower USA facility
● Act as technical support interface between USA and UK teams
● Identify opportunities for and support North American marketing activities (e.g., trade
shows, association meetings and trade journal articles) in conjunction with UK and
US dealership
● Work alongside the US dealership team to both develop mutual opportunities and to
ensure all functions of Magnapower USA (including import, technical support, service
and finance) operate smoothly
● Be an integrated member of the Magnapower leadership team, providing regular
updates on activities and business performance to stakeholders and interested
parties
