The "Burger Project” is a collaborative business and IT initiative to orchestrate and build a future-proof, omnichannel multi system and process architecture that seamlessly integrates all sales channels. This multilayer architecture enhances operational efficiency from order orchestration to sales, payment and inventory reconciliation with the following four key objectives.
- Optimizing and harmonizing the existing IT ecosystem and tools.
- Centralizes order aggregation and aligns data for improved reconciliation.
- Implementing the global IT ecosystem architecture compliant with SAP S/4 requirements
- Enabling agile and simplified deployment of new marketplaces and unlocking new omnichannel capabilities.
What You Will Do:
The Change Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the successful adoption of the NA Burger program, which optimizes and accelerates processes and systems across D2C, Marketplace, and retail channels. As a key member of both the local and global project teams, the Change Manager will collaborate closely with key users, business units, and IT teams across L'Oréal USA/Canada and Salon Centric to implement the program's change strategy and ensure a seamless transition.
- Develop a change toolkit that will include all the necessary methodology & materials.
- Organize training sessions and track adoption and change during design, testing and implementation.
- To ensure a smooth transition, a "Train the Trainer" approach will be used to equip the project team and relevant business teams with the knowledge and skills needed to implement the Burger program.
- Project Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
- As part of the Burger Project team, contribute and actively participate in the L’Oréal USA/Salon Centric Burger Steering Committee, providing clear communication on project progress, risks, and decisions.
- Challenges the current ways of working in the light of new solution and Core processes adoption
- Proactively identify and address implementation obstacles, offering viable solutions to keep the project on track.
- Align change principles to program objectives with L'Oréal USA/ Canada/ Salon Centric's broader business strategy, including NAFS (North America Fulfillment Supply Chain) OCS (Omni-Channel Supply Chain) and NEO transformation initiatives.
- Change Implementation & Optimization:
- Design/Testing preparation
- Participate in the local alignment workshops on the Burger Program
- Organize and drive the change impact analysis
- Take a training course on the Change kit and “Train the trainer”
- Run and localize the Core Change Management kit
- Prepare & deploy the Communication actions along with the Zone communication team
- Plan, prepare and co-animate with key users the training sessions to end-users
- Animate the local teams & take part in the global project animation
- Responsible for the localization of provided Core training documents
- Monitor the change (based on the toolkit): set up & update KPIs, set up & manage monitoring dashboards, bring up alerts when needed
- Run the feedback process on change management actions: questionnaires, Q&A sessions, etc.
- During Testing / Implementation
- Monitor the change progress and right appropriation by the local teams
- Participate in the hyper care: additional training if needed, coordinate with support if needed
- Support Key users in their tasks, especially co animating with the Key Users the training towards the end users
- Continue to animate the Change dynamic with communication & animation actions
- Post Testing / Implementation / NEO Remediation
- Businesses Continuity – Training Bible up to date
- Communicate Group system best practices
- Interact with Key users and each tool product owner (OMS, ODES, Blackline, etc.)
- Design and implement robust business rules that optimize inventory management, fulfillment costs, and service level agreements tailored to different customer segments.
- Technical Expertise & Testing:
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive test plans to ensure the WMS, 3PL and TMS meets functionality, performance, and integration requirement as part of the Burger and NEO remediation.
- Collaborate closely with IT and technical teams to ensure seamless system integration and data flow.
- Project Management Excellence:
- Lead change management efforts, effectively communicating changes and ensuring smooth adoption across the organization.
- Provide ongoing support during the NEO remediation, ensuring the achievement of defined success KPIs.
What We Are Looking For:
Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of proven experience in project management, ideally with a focus on supply chain or IT implementations.
- Prior experience with change management, particularly Prosci methodology.
- Experience in eCommerce and/or Retail environments is a significant plus.
- Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, supply chain operations, and system integration principles.
- Expertise in project management methodologies, particularly Agile and Scrum.
- Dynamic /energetic, proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, build consensus among team members, and drive complex projects to successful completion.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
