We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Operations.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues will be essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Order entry
- Order shipment
- Invoicing
- First touch - Customer/ sales rep communications (phone, email)
- Product support (basic troubleshooting)
- Freight quotes
- Outbound PO communications
- Inbound/ outbound logistics (carriers)
- Field customer inquiries
- Coordinate shipping/ stock transfers
- Sample fulfillment
- Customer sales inquiries
- Stock level check
- Communication of shipment status change/ issues to sales for resolution (standard products)
- Other duties as assigned by Director of Operations
Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office software's
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to type efficiently while engaging with customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Great time management skills, completing tasks in a timely manner
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.

Compensation: Salary and annual bonus. Bonus to be calculated upon attainment of Company sales and profit objectives, as well as personal accomplishments.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
