Primary Responsibilities
Running sales leads provided by the Company
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Conduct weather damage inspections. (To include climbing a ladder to physically inspect roofs)
- Maintain detailed reports of daily activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems within the utilized CRM system.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to meet and exceed goals.
- Participate in ongoing training opportunities to hone your craft.
- Ensure a positive and high-quality customer experience through al interactions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Providing estimates for cash deals to customer(s)
Serving as a technical advisor to homeowners by discussing extent of damage and probability of repair v replacement
Obtaining signed Contingency Agreements from property owners
Acting as a technical advisor for insurance carriers and homeowners
Attending a scheduled (by the insurance carrier) meeting with assigned insurance adjuster, and discussing scope of work with adjuster
Obtaining signed roofing contract
Collecting all insurance checks (with all necessary endorsements), and all other required paperwork from homeowner and delivering al payments and paperwork to local branch office
Following-up with homeowner when job is complete to ensure satisfaction and obtain
Certificate of Completion, final payment, and any additional payment and/or required documentation
Attending weekly sales meetings and being active on Group Me Resolve client problems and concerns
Seamlessly transfer data between locations, managers, &other BCR employees on a daily basis
Performing other work-related duties as assigned
Position Requirements
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Excellent organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail.
- Presentation skills required to deliver proposals to varying groups of individuals, including
homeowners and insurance adjusters.
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with basic computer functions.
- Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel.

Formal Education/Training
- Highschool Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1year previous experience in sales required.
- Previous experience in roofing highly preferred.
