Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced all-star sales professional to join our team. In this role, you will meet with customers in their homes, educate them on various HVAC options, and provide solutions tailored to their needs. You'll play a vital role in helping customers achieve optimal home comfort while driving sales growth for our company.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Meet with customers in their homes to discuss HVAC needs and offer solutions.
- Educate customers on the benefits of different HVAC systems and designs.
- Provide consultative sales support, helping customers make informed decisions.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays, to accommodate customer schedules.
- Maintain reliable transportation and possess a valid driver's license.
Preferred Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in in-person/in-home sales.
- A passion for learning about the HVAC industry.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Highly motivated with a positive attitude.
- Organized and reliable, with the ability to manage a flexible schedule.
- Valid driver's license.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
