Job Description:
As part of a team of project controls staff; develop and maintain program, design and construction schedules in Primavera P6. Coordinate and gather project status information from PMs and CMs for monthly update of schedules; update program level schedule on a monthly basis; perform critical path analysis and prepare reports; cost and resource loading; develop cash flow reports; identify project changes, trends, risks and opportunities. Review contractors’ schedule submittals and requests for time extensions.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of specific scheduling/project controls experience in mid to large-scale construction or industrial projects. Salary commensurate with overall experience level.
Other requirements:
Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and BS or MS in engineering, architecture, construction management or other relevant field is required. Experience in other project/construction management, cost, scheduling, or estimating softwares is preferred. Must be able to show proof of eligibility to work in the USA.
